Sisu Group joins forces with five human capital companies

Catalay (Braine-l’Alleud) and Strand Associates Consulting (Antwerp) are two of the five companies that are part of the new Sisu Group ecosystem. 

Together with NedWorks (Ghent), Prosource (Mechelen), and Strictly Human (Antwerp), they offer solutions in the field of staffing, training, and advisory in more than 18 industries. 

“Bundling our companies into one group allows us to help our customers move forward most efficiently,” says CEO & founder Stephane Collignon. 

“Each entity within the Sisu ecosystem has its own DNA. What connects us is the Sisu mindset. A Finnish term for perseverance and resilience”, Stephane continues. 

“Each company in the group opts for a model with domain-driven expertise and together we offer a total solution for companies in transformation and change. In addition, the group supports the entities by streamlining the internal processes in the areas of marketing, finance and HR.” 

In 2020, Sisu Group already converted around 40 million euros for 150 customers.
