Investing in road infrastructure development is essential to stimulate the local economy. A key player in the Walloon region is Mobix, with whom Catalay has collaborated since 2020. 

One of their latest projects is LUWA, a “Lighting Plan 4.0” that entails the design, modernization, financing, management, and maintenance of public lighting equipment in the Walloon region’s roadway. 

The LUWA project connects more than 2,700 kilometers of roads and 110,000 LED lighting points. This means, in the long run, 76% of energy savings for public lighting in the Walloons!

Catalay is proud to contribute to such a project by delivering technical domain expertise to Mobix for LUWA’s project manager, site manager, and technical draftsmen roles.
