Triggered by HR and business management, I decided to join Catalay’s team for my first job. As Business Manager, I always strive for the best match between the expectations of clients and candidates.

After obtaining a Master’s degree in Business Engineering, I decided to kick off my professional career as a Talent Acquisition at Catalay. I love the team's positive mindset and helping people shape their career paths.
