MEP - Lead Engineer

What you'll do

Mission

-You will actively participate in the overall planning, budget control, technical quality and coordination of the different project tasks and their interfaces (interfaces between all project stakeholders), with a particular focus on the management of the construction activities.

-You will organize site meetings.

-You are responsible of the daily follow-up of the site activities. You will alert the Owner and the project manager and the project stakeholders if risks are detected or problems arise. You are responsible for the follow-up of these issues.

-You will report the progress according to define guidelines and KPI (critical path, EVM…)

Who we're looking for

• Technical background, minimum 10 years experiences in EPCM/PCM projects;

• Logical, inquiring and critical mind, dynamic, rigorous, pragmatic and well organized (priority management), “out of the box”;

• Knowledge of Primavera;

• Ability to work autonomously, with regular reporting;

• Capacity to assume responsibilities and to take initiatives (proactive mindset);

• Technical knowledge of data center project is an asset;

• Team player, good listener and communicator;

• Fluent in French and English.
