Today’s labor market is marked by scarcity and a full-on war for technical talent. To ensure a steady influx of new joiners, NLMK reached out to Catalay to help set up a qualitative search for engineers. “Catalay really took the time to get to know NLMK. In order to improve NLMK’s search for candidates, we organized a first pool of young potentials composed of young engineers in mechanical, electrical, process and production. 

This method benefitted all parties as it allowed young graduates to find their first job and enabled NLMK to train engineers directly in the field.
